Beet Green, Lemon & Garlic Perogies
A gourmet vegan perogie made from our own beet greens, caramelized onions & garlic. A splash of lemon in the filling gives it a light tangy flavour.
Cook from frozen, so no need to plan ahead! Boil for 5 minutes then sautee for 2 minutes with butter and onions. Serve with sour cream.
