A gourmet, 8-inch quiche with roasted tomatoes, garlic and basil (all grown naturally at our farm). This quiche can be served hot or cold. Made with eggs from happy free-range hens. Crust made by hand from certified organic enriched wheat flour, organic uncertified free range eggs, water and butter.
To reheat, thaw overnight in the fridge, bake, in a preheated oven (350F), on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
